Where IQON sits
Between the system that manages the portfolio and the people who have obligations to each other.
IQON does not compete with your PMS and has no interest in holding your positions. It handles the compliance, workflow and client engagement that sits around the investment relationship — and is designed to work alongside whichever system you have chosen.

Between the system that manages the portfolio and the people who have obligations to each other.
Individuals, corporate investors, trusts and family structures alike.
Screening across clients, connected persons and beneficial owners.
Assessed alongside the list checks rather than as a separate exercise.
Structures behind corporate and family holdings, kept current.
Ongoing change detection between review cycles, not only at review.
Risk-based and periodic review processes with the evidence attached.
Client engagement
A reporting portal sends information one way and waits. The relationship needs both directions: things the client should see, and things the client has to do.

Delivery option
For firms where the client experience is part of the offering, engagement can be delivered through a branded web journey or a native mobile app under your own brand.
Native and white-labelled applications are a separate implementation and priced individually.
KYC looks through the customer. Know Your Asset (KYA) looks through the investment. In private markets, an investment often sits within a structure of funds, holding companies, operating companies and other legal entities. The portfolio system holds the position. IQON monitors changes around the investment, including ownership, board and control changes that may require reassessment.
IQON applies the same data, screening, risk assessment, monitoring and evidence model to the investment itself, keeping the review current over time.
