Structures change more often than anyone reviews them.

IQON keeps KYC, ownership, monitoring and compliance evidence current across the entities you administer, with relevant changes triggering the review and follow up they require.

Iqon AML

Corporate administration and KYC should not drift apart

A CSP already maintains key information about the entities it administers, including directors, shareholders, beneficial owners and other corporate details. Changes to that information can also require compliance follow up.

IQON uses those changes to keep the KYC record current, trigger the appropriate review or task, and retain the resulting evidence against the entity.

Complexity is the normal case, not the exception.

For a CSP, the challenge is keeping an accurate view across interconnected entities, people and jurisdictions. Different registries, different data availability and changes in one part of a structure can affect several others.

IQON keeps each entity as its own relationship while preserving the ownership, control and other connections between entities and people across the wider structure.

One change, several entities.

A single director resignation can affect three companies in a group. IQON maps which relationships are affected and starts follow-up for each.

  1. Change detected

Registry or screening event on a person or entity.

  2. Impact mapped

Which entities in the structure are affected.

  3. Work opened

A task per affected relationship, with an owner.

  4. Decisions taken

A named person concludes on each.

  5. Records updated

Every affected file current and evidenced.
