Electronic signing for regulated workflows.

Send documents for signature, control who signs and when, and keep the completed document connected to the customer relationship and process it belongs to.

IQON supports standalone document signing as well as electronic signatures within KYC self-declarations, onboarding and wider workflows.

What electronic signing covers

Document signing

Send one or more documents for electronic signature and manage the request from IQON.

Multiple signatories

Add the people who need to sign and follow each recipient through to completion.

Parallel signing

Let all recipients sign independently when the order of signatures does not matter.

Sequential signing

Set the order when one recipient should sign before the next person is invited.

Automatic reminders

Follow up automatically with recipients who have not yet completed their signature.

Deadlines and expiry

Set how long a signing request remains open and track requests that expire.

Electronic signing with eID

Use supported electronic identity methods when the signer must identify themselves as part of signing.

Signed KYC declarations

Have an authorised signatory electronically sign the completed KYC self-declaration.

Signing status and record

Track sent, completed, cancelled, expired and failed requests with the customer relationship.

One request. Several signatories. One record at the end.

A signing process can involve one document or several, one signatory or many, and a clear order where needed. IQON keeps the request, its participants, its progress and the completed result together in the same case, rather than leaving signing as a separate disconnected task.

  1. Request created

Documents, signatories and settings are added to the signing request.

  2. Signing order set

Recipients can sign in parallel, or in a defined sequence where one step depends on the previous one.

  3. Signatories invited

Each participant receives their own signing request and completes their own part.

  4. Progress followed

Pending signatures are tracked, reminders can be sent and the current status remains visible.

  5. Signing completed

The completed document and signing activity remain connected to the customer and the process they belong to.

A signed declaration, not just an identity check.

IQON can prepopulate a KYC self-declaration with information already held about the customer. The customer reviews the existing information, completes what is missing and provides the declarations required for the relationship.

Where electronic signing is required, an authorised signatory signs the completed declaration using a supported electronic identity method.

The signed declaration becomes part of the AML record for that customer, alongside the other information and evidence held for the relationship.
